We are not entirely sure why ceiling fans have such a bad rap with designers since they are so useful. I think their design has come a long way since the ceiling fans of the 70s and 80s. Take for example Fanimation. They have developed some pretty slick-looking ceiling fans that should refute the theory that all ceiling fans are ugly. Take for example
Fanimation’s The Vetricco, a ceiling fan weighing in at 35lbs with a 15 degree blade pitch. The blades have a 60 inch sweep which should produce some really nice breezes in your room. This particular fan comes in glossy black with chrome accents (pictured) or in satin nickle with chrome accents.
For those of us living in Florida, a ceiling fan is a great way to keep cool and save on energy costs.
