Imagine a memory card that does the work of uploading images to your PC without you pressing a button. The
Eye-Fi memory card allows for just that. Just set up the card once on your PC, insert the memory card in the camera and start taking pictures. It's that simple.
So now you can go out to a party and take a bunch of pictures, leave the camera anywhere in your home where WiFi is available and forget about it. The Eye-Fi will automatically download all the pictures from the camera into your PC as soon as it senses your Wi-Fi LAN.
The
Eye-Fi comes in three flavors: Home, Share, and Explore.
All cards come with the basic upload automatically to the computer feature, but are only available in 2GB sizes for now.
The Home version retails for approximately $79.99. The Share retails for $99.99 and differs from the home in that it also has an unlimited web share service. Finally the explore version retails for $129.99. This explore adds features like unlimited geotagging, as well as free hot spot access for 1 year.
